Stuck Transaction on Online Wallet

Hello All,

I have been new into Crypto-currency world and had liked Dark coin because of it privacy features and future potential..

I have used online Darkcoin wallet for ease (darkcoin-e) I have sent 79 dark coin to my Exchange address but since 3/3/2015 It's say processing and so far not arrived.

I have sent multiple emails to website but they didn't reply.

The Question: How can in other way, resolve that stuck payment.. Hope anyone helps

Thank you for your fast reply, I mean what should I do now, on the online wallet website It say balance is zero when trying to send any darkcoin.. should I install deskop darkcoin wallet? I'm doing that now, my question: what should I do next?
 
Check your balance with desktop wallet.
Blockchain shows your balance is 79.288, is this original balance before your send?
If it is, then you have not sent anything, but desktop wallet will tell you.

Download latest wallet always from official site: https://www.darkcoin.io/downloads/
 
Yes, Indeed, It's the original Balance. Please bear me, how can I add my existing address to the desktop wallet?
 
Wait and see if you got answer in few days.
I dont trust online wallets or exchanges.

Dont trust online wallets...simply download wallet from official page and do not download even from quoted posts of developers oryginal post because they are quite often changed and have trojan inside the wallet.....

USE ALWAYS official page to download the client.

darkcoin-e.com has been changed to "dash-wallet.com", a very shitty and suspicious site, saying they take no fee... Too good to be true. A scam!

I didn't get any coins.. The site turns to be totally rib off and Scam. I though It was forgotten website but it turns out to be Stealing website. :mad:@

I'm so sorry to hear. There are many scammers in the crypto world so please be careful from now on. As far as I know there are no official online wallet for Dash. The only official place to get Dash wallets is https://www.dashpay.io/ .
 
Looks like one of my shareholders was scamed by them as well ehhh...
