That could be interesting - If the proposal is rejected the collateral could be added to an approved project perhaps? (or returned after some time period, but that defeats the purpose of a fee)
-Second question that may or may not be valid- How would we prevent 'imitation' requests if that's a...
Hi Evan,
Please correct me if my understanding is flawed:
Since these pass through the Masternode network, would there be anything in place to keep a malicious user from submitting an inordinate amount of proposals or invalid JSON objects that could prove to be a nuisance or tie up resources...
If used as option 2, purely from a display perspective, I would imagine not?
In either case the end user would have to confirm the amount, in option 2 they would simply have an easy visual representation.
There could be some sort of certificate protection or digital signature on the part of...
Hello,
Since FIAT is still the reigning king, I was wondering what the community thought of a wallet option that more easily allowed an end user to visualize their transactions as fiat?
The amount could be managed with a service call to somewhere or other every few minutes and be a good...
Hi all,
Just wanted to make sure I didn't skip any steps. So the following should be all I have to do in order to migrate to a new wallet with an existing masternode? I've needed to upgrade the wallet itself for a while since I have one with a the smaller address pool but it's only ever been...
I actually haven't moved my coins in..um....Since before darksend was implemented with the increased wallet addresses? Figured it was a good enough time to stop procrastinating after 6 months or so.
Does anyone have a quick guide for masternode operators per chance? Is it just as simple as updating the wallet, coins to a new address, point masternode to new vin?
I vote we should start a bounty fund that lasts one year and is locked away in masternodes. 5% could go to the Dev team per next patches donation mechanism. After a year, accumulated funds are split amongst donators. This supports development, the masternode network, and the coin as people put...
Edit: I like the version in the previous posters comment. The one on the wall which doesn't quite line up with the logos.
Barring that, I like 1 as it is
"That'll be 30 Dashes"
Would subsets be Dots?
.1 Dash is a Dot?
I've been interested in Dark since it was only available on a handful of exchanges, but have no emotional ties to the name as it exists today. All of Eddu's points are fine in my book.
Debug logs now^

hello all,
I'm running into the issue presented here: https://darkcointalk.org/threads/masternode-started-remotely-but-nothing-from-hotcold-or-ip-grep.3929/
I've --reindex(ed) but I still can't seem to find any proof that my masternode is actually running. Is the debug log being on the latest...
Blockchain has caught up to the current one, but I'm having trouble finding a way to see if my masternode is really running. ./darkcoind masternode list IP isn't returning anything :/
The debug logs latest messages simply say "sync in progress, must wait until sync is complete to start masternode" - is there a way to know if my node is stuck?
Thank you
